This is my Phoenix launching at the Tripoli Battlepark launch in Virginia on May 7, 1996. It was my first level 2 certification attempt and was successful. The picture was shot by William Adams who was nice enough to send it to me.

This is my Optimal 65 launching on a DPS H115 motor. The motor had previously chuffed and we opted to re-ignite a second time. On this ignition the motor developed enough thrust to put the rocket to about 400 feet, click on the picture to see the recovery or lack thereof.
